Privacy Notice

Willowhayne Residents Association Ltd is a non Profit making organisation which is not and does not have to be registered with the Information Commissioners Office. As a Residents Management Company, the majority of the information we hold on individuals is held by Hobdens Property Management Ltd who act as Company Secretary and Managing Agent for the estate and is controlled by their Data Protection Policy.
Whilst the majority of information is held by Hobdens as the Data Controller, the Directors of the Company may act as data processors, in that they hold certain personal information such as names addresses and e-mails in order to carry out certain tasks and pass on relevant Company information to residents.
This notice is given to let you know what data we hold as Company Directors and to inform you that as a company we will not share your data with any unrelated third parties and all our information handling policies will be in line with Hobdens property Management Ltd Data Protection policy. Hobdens and Willowhayne Residents Association lawfully collect individual data on the basis of legitimate interest in accordance with GDPR 2018.

If you wish to see a copy of that policy it will be published on Hobdens Website.
